Why one roof

Most brands hire a different company for every kind of room. That's usually where the work falls apart.

TARC was built on a refusal — to hand a brand's summit to one agency, its film to another and its content to a third, then hope the seams never show. How we build the team

A bigger team isn’t a better one. We build small, and we build for range.

TARC stays deliberately small and senior, because the work is carried by people who can move — the same hands that stage a summit can run a film set in the morning and shape a content edit by night. We hire for range over titles, and for the instinct to own a room rather than wait to be told what it should be.

What we look for rarely fits a job description: people who take the problem personally, who hold one standard whether it’s a five-thousand-seat conference or a single frame, and who would rather fix the seam than argue over whose side it sits on.
